- Shoulder warm up
- Orange bar 3 reps of 10
- Push ups on ground
- 4 sets off 10 reps
- Row machine 40lbs 2 sets 10 reps; 1 set of 5 at 55lbs
- Chest press with red bar (20reps) black bar 2 sets of 7-10
- Lat pull down with cable machine
- 20 lbs, 2 sets of 10 reps, 22.5lbs 1 set of 10 reps
