Biceps / triceps
- Bicep curl warm up
- Green bar
- Blue bar
- Bicep curl
- Red bar (2 sets)
- Black bar (1 set)
- Cable machine (triceps) – 3 sets of 6-10 reps
- Weight: 12.5, 15, 20
- Cable machine (biceps) – pull with the rope
- Weight: 12.5 1 set, 15 2 sets
- Kettlebell triceps
- 15 lb
- 3 sets of 10
- Bicep curls with bar
- 15, 20, 25 (red bar)
- 3 sets of 10
Legs
- Step ups – 3 sets of 10 reps
- Prisoner squats – 2 sets of 10 reps
- Calf raises – 2 sets of 12 reps

Same thing with 4/15/2023 – No idea why I didn’t take any pictures after this work out. But I can assure you, muscles are definitely getting stronger.
