Workout Routine – 4/17/2023

Biceps / triceps

  • Bicep curl warm up
    • Green bar
    • Blue bar
  • Bicep curl
    • Red bar (2 sets)
    • Black bar (1 set)
  • Cable machine (triceps) – 3 sets of 6-10 reps
    • Weight: 12.5, 15, 20
  • Cable machine (biceps) – pull with the rope
    • Weight: 12.5 1 set, 15 2 sets
  • Kettlebell triceps
    • 15 lb
    • 3 sets of 10
  • Bicep curls with bar
    • 15, 20, 25 (red bar)
    • 3 sets of 10

Legs

  • Step ups – 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Prisoner squats – 2 sets of 10 reps
  • Calf raises – 2 sets of 12 reps

Same thing with 4/15/2023 – No idea why I didn’t take any pictures after this work out. But I can assure you, muscles are definitely getting stronger.
