Chest / Back
- Shoulder warm up
- Purple bar (in front of chest and behind back) 1 rep
- Green bar (in front of chest and behind back) 2 reps
- Push ups on ground
- 4 sets if 10 reps
- Row machine 40lbs 3 sets 10 reps
- Chest press with black bar 3 sets of 7-10
- Lat pull down with cable machine
- 7.5 each, 3 sets of 10 reps
