Workout Routine – 4/15/2023

Chest / Back

  • Shoulder warm up
    • Purple bar (in front of chest and behind back) 1 rep
    • Green bar (in front of chest and behind back) 2 reps
  • Push ups on ground
    • 4 sets if 10 reps
  • Row machine 40lbs 3 sets 10 reps
  • Chest press with black bar 3 sets of 7-10
  • Lat pull down with cable machine
    • 7.5 each, 3 sets of 10 reps
