Workout Routine – 4/14/2023
We’re finally getting into the individual muscle group workouts. My dad wants to start me with biceps & triceps, chest & back and then legs & abs. I think this will be a good start for me, someone who is still getting used to strength training. Eventually we’ll likely work towards the push/pull workout routines. But for now, this is working for me.
Biceps / triceps
- Shoulder warm up
- Purple bar
- Green bar
- Dumbbell curls
- 10 lbs each arm
- 3 sets of 10 reps per arm
- Kettlebell triceps
- 15 lb
- 3 sets of 6-7
- Cable machine (triceps) – 3 sets of 10 reps
- Leaning forward 2 sets
- Weight: 10, 12.5, 15
- Bicep curls with bar
- 15, 20, 25 (red bar)
- 3 sets of 10
